Can I cancel my order?
Yes, all orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If you’ve placed an order and need to make changes or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, your order can no longer be canceled.
I accidentally canceled my order, can I resume it?

I canceled my order, but I’m not sure it went through. Can you confirm it has been canceled?
If you’ve canceled your order using the link in your order confirmation email, you’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully canceled. If you haven’t received this confirmation email, please contact us at support@zellamall.com (be sure to include your original order number), and we’ll be happy to confirm the cancellation status for you.
